Baku returns lost Armenian serviceman
Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense reports that they have handed over serviceman of the Armenian Armed Forces Artur Kartanyan to the Armenian side.
"The additional examination showed that serviceman of the Armenian Armed Forces arrested in the Lachin region's territory on the Azerbaijani-Armenian border on June 8 has not appeared in the territory of Azerbaijan to carry out subversive act. It has appeared that he got lost and appeared in the territory of Azerbaijan," the country's MOD told Interfax-Azerbaijan.
