Opposition deputy Ishkhan Saghatelyan elected Armenia's parliament vice speaker
"Armenia" opposition faction deputy Ishkhan Sagahtelyan has been elected vice speaker of Armenia's parliament.
His candidacy was backed by 64 deputies, other 37 voted against.
Saghatelyan has been elected in the post after the third attempt. During the first two attempts he did not receive the necessary number of votes.
