Russia cancelled scandalous tender, in which Karabakh is called "republic" Politics

The website of the State Procurement of the Russian Federation canceled the closed tender announced on August 13, 2021 for the maintenance of the barracks and housing stock of the military camps of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation located on the territory of Karabakh. In the text of the tender, the territory of Karabakh, where the military camps of the Russian army are located, are called the "Republic of Nagorno Karabakh".
The application for a closed competition was submitted by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
In this regard, the Azerbaijani public asked the question: What is the goal of the Russian Defense Ministry, calling the Azerbaijani territory "NKR"?
The Russian Defense Ministry did not comment on this issue. The Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan did not give a comment. Yesterday it became known that the aforementioned tender was canceled, there is an entry about this on the website of the state orders of the Russian Federation.
Rasim Musabekov, deputy of the Milli Mejlis of Azerbaijan, said in an interview for Turan that what happened could be a mistake, a consequence of the illiteracy of the compiler of the text of the competition, working in the apparatus of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. This could be a technical error. Nevertheless, Azerbaijan should demand correction and avoidance of such mistakes.
Rasim Musabekov received a document from Moscow from the procurement site of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, in which the provocative tender was canceled.
"The history of announcing and closing a tender with an offensive entry for Azerbaijanis should be a lesson so that in the future Russia will respect the terms when reporting on Karabakh," Musabekov said.
Earlier, he also called on the social network to prevent the execution of the works announced in the tender if this document is not corrected. "... Some circles in the Russian Federation seem to deliberately burden the already difficult relations between Moscow and Baku in the context of Karabakh," Musabekov said in his post on FB.
And the Russian military expert and political scientist Oleg Kuznetsov called the incident political rudeness, or stupidity of Russian officials.
