Mikhail Bocharnikov: Russia aims at long-term cooperation with Azerbaijan
The Declaration on Allied Cooperation between Azerbaijan and Russia dated February 22, 2022 is bringing the parties to a new level of development of relations, Russian Ambassador Mikhail Bocharnikov said at a press conference.
According to Bocharnikov, this document has become a key aspect of the meeting between presidents of the two countries.
"The provisions of this declaration lay the foundation for our cooperation in accordance with international law," he noted.
"This is a key and comprehensive document that opens a new era in our relations. Its signing means that Russia is aimed at long-term cooperation with Azerbaijan," the envoy stressed.
