US State Department reveals objectives of upcoming Blinken-Pashinyan talk

Matthew Miller, Spokesperson of the US Department of State, commented on the April 5 meeting in Brussels with the participation of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, and US Secretary of State Antony Blinken.
"I’m not going to speak to it in detail other than to say that our objectives in every engagement with the governments of Armenia and Azerbaijan are to include—are to encourage them to work to bridge the differences that—between the two countries and reach a durable and lasting peace agreement," Miller said at Tuesday’s State Department press briefing.
